Cookies and trackers

No cookies are placed on your device, not even technical ones. No statistics, advertising or social media tool is built into the website. That is why no consent banner is displayed.

Server technical logs

Like any web server, the server hosting this website records, for each request, the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response code, the size of the response, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and the browser identifier.

• Purpose: security of the service and incident diagnosis.
• Legal basis: Selgea's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of its service (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
• Retention period: 24 months.

Emails sent to contact@sia-os.com

When you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if it appears in the message, the content of the message and any attachments.

• Purpose: to answer your request and follow it up, including, if you wish, drawing up a quote.
• Legal basis: for a quote request, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR); for other requests, Selgea's legitimate interest in answering them and following them up (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
• Your address is not used for prospecting, is not added to any newsletter, and is neither sold nor transferred.
• Retention period: 24 months from the last exchange for a request that is not taken further. If your request leads to an engagement, the correspondence is kept for as long as legal obligations require, accounting obligations in particular.

Recipients and place of processing

The data are processed on the infrastructure of Selgea BV/SRL, in Belgium. Only the people at Selgea responsible for handling your request have access to them. They are not disclosed to any third party, unless required by law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your data (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to dpo@selgea.com or by post to the address of the registered office. You will receive a reply within one month, which may be extended under the conditions set out in Article 12.3 GDPR.

Complaint

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA):
